    Our Realtor: Shawnna Murrell was a God sent blessing! She is most definitely on top of her game in the real estate market. The entire process from helping us locate our forever home to selling our previous house went smoothly from start to finish. Never during the entire process were we ever left to figure out what was coming around the corner. There were absolutely NO UNFORESEEN SURPRISES!!! Unfortunately, after we had placed a bid on our current new home and we were getting ready to place our old home on the market, the COVID-19 Pandemic hit with a fury!!! Talk about a PANIC ATTACK on level 10+, was where I was at! Shawnna remained cool and collective and advised myself and my Husband that we did not need to worry or be concern, that she had us and that our old home would sell with no issues. Well, guess what??? She placed our home on the market on March 17, 2020 (Tuesday) and she had a full offer on our old home on March 21, 2020 (Saturday)!!! The turn around sale time was unbelievable, we were beyond elated with pure joy! She is a woman of her word, with the highest level of integrity and professionalism that anyone could ever encounter in a Realtor. She made us feel like we were her only clients, providing the utmost attention and she made herself available whenever we came calling, I mean whenever I came calling! :) She listen intensely to our wish list and on the FIRST DAY, the last house on the tour for that day, we found our FOREVER DREAM HOME! I knew when we walked through the doors, I was finally at HOME! Her negotiating skills are top notch! I thought during the offering phrase, we had lost the home. The previous Owner was attempting to force us into a bidding war, which we were having no part of. Just when I thought we had lost the home, she took the time to write a rebuttal email response to the other Agent & Sellers on our behalf and they accepted our previous offer. I was overjoyed that she had pulled this off. Her attention to detail in every area was pristine. If you fail to hire Shawnna as your Realtor than it will be your loss on every frontier of the real estate market!!!!
